Hi PWP Are you getting maximum benefit from High dose Thiamine plus levodopa? What is your phenotype? What is your current dose of HDT? How long have you been on this dose that is working great for you? Any side effects from the Thiamine? If your levodopa is Rytary, please contribute as well. Looks like early morning fatigue is getting unbearable pre-initial dose, so I am open to alternatives. Your responses are welcome.
