I discovered qigong a few years ago and I do a short routine in the mornings. I’ve read accounts from other pwp’s who claim they’ve healed their PD by doing qigong but most accounts recommend three hours a day which is not realistic for me and I figured a little is better than nothing. Has anyone else been doing qigong and if so, what is your routine, how long you do it for, and have you noticed any benefits. Thanks all!

I am a devoted Qigong practitioner. I wrote up my experience with Qigong here:

Do not mistake Qigong for a set of physical exercises. Qigong does include physical exercises, but the object of practice is cultivation of the Divine Energy which is referred to as Chi, also spelled Qi.
Have you found a best time of the day to practice Qigong? Is it too energy producing to do at night?
I’m going to give this a try. I think I’ll start out though with maybe 15 minutes until I get the hang of it. Thank you so much
