My biggest meal is evening/supper. I eat in bed (not wise) because cerebral hypotension comes on rapidly. Generally, I get to the bathroom soon after eating. But I don't always get to the bathroom for a second or third urination. I envy the individuals who report: get, urinate, return to bed, resume sleeping. Until my postprandial cerebral hypotension wears off, getting up, to bathroom and back to bed may take 10 minutes or more than an hour (actual) potty time is much shorter).
Then I start the ritual of snacks until i can turn effectively to one side or the other.
Not fun, nor is fragmented sleep fun. Nor is being tired all day.

i would suggest beginning to build up the flora in your gut until your consuming bio probiotics all the time....see if that helps with low BP after eating and then setting an alarm for the third pee that you sleep through...if i understood correctly...imo.....etc etc. hang tough. also review your med regime to see if it promotes either of your symptoms.....cheers.
In case you've missed the below, it may help with your hypotension problem. As for your nocturia, you should try to limit liquid consumption close to the bed time and work on improving your kidney health and drink extra water during the day.
Have you had your urinary system checked with ultra sound as there may be another reason other than parkinsons and hypotention issue.. I have found out i have enlarged bladder that doesnt empty fully. Hope to get treatment for it soon.
