Meet Hillari. My physical therapist at the Minneapolis VA. We now do our sessions via video-conference. She's talking to 7 of us PWP.

I had a very hard time keeping up when I 1st started, but after a couple months of doing this Monday, Wednesday and Friday it has made a clear difference.

She also does the LSVT & advanced yoga.

I originally got an error message, but it worked the second time. Thanks for sharing! I need to expand my workout regimen and using these videos will be very helpful.

Excellent. George tried it this morning, and pretty much was right on cue. I think it makes a lot of sense, Thanks for posting.

Great. Will try and get hubby onto this. He was doing various exercises a year ago but refuses now. For no particular reason🥺

Congratulations. After 13 years of regular Rock Steady Boxing I have failed at the remote version. I still run 18-20 miles a week, but I really need the cross training. Maybe this will be my motivation. Thanks.

Thanks!

Is there a link that will connect with the other videos in the series?

she only posted these two of her VA PWP sessions, but when you open it, you will likely find other videos from her, probably though, most of them are for yoga.
