Glad you're feeling better! Go out for a nice long walk during sun to help counter the nasty anxiety spells.

Morning, have a great day today! Yes, getting out in the fresh air and sunshine ☀️ can really help, especially the ocean air if that’s near you. I too, regularly deal with the loneliness and depression of this disease and it can be difficult to say the least. This pandemic isn’t helping either.😷 Try to laugh! Watch something funny. It really is good medicine. Hang in there, God bless.

One of the advantages of being a member of this forum is that we are never alone. There are many kind, caring people who empathize with us and cheer for us because we are all going through this together, even if we are at different phases or ages. I'm glad you are feeling better. Best wishes always.

Well said, jimcaster and absolutely true. Except it would be great if we weren't so nominally "anonymous" on this forum. But I am sure that the moderators have their reasons due to strict HIPPAA rules in the USA for example.

Most of us tend to self isolate, withdraw from our social circles and essentially self quarantine. So much so that I doubt many of us even felt like we were missing out on life's joys which so called normal folks complained about during Covid-19.

The key is to socialize a little and at least have enough friends and family left in order to ensure that they have enough of a connection that they feel obligated to come to our funeral🤣🥵😊
