Tremor/Balance

I have a tremor especially in my right arm/hand It is at its worst when I become tense.

My right ankle can become very painful especially last thing at night.

The balance that I have now at the age of 76 is noticeably worse than when I was younger, but it is all part of the same thing as far as I am aware?

My tremor gets worse when I’m tense too.

The meds. are prescribed by a neurologist. You may have an essential tremor or Parkinson’s. Dr. will decide.

Yes you are very helpful, but the neurologist waves the tremor away and just says it is part of CMT. You are the first person who has looked at the tremor from a differnt point of view. Thank you. Fr. Chris
