Tremor worse in the cold

I've had the tremor for 3 years, was diagnosed with PD two years ago. The tremor is only painful when it's cold. I was on the track earlier, wind chill around 20 (F) and the pain in my forearm reminded me of a DVT I had 4 years ago. The DVT was in the shoulder of the same arm. I marked the area on my arm where the pain was worst. Basically involving the Extensor Carpi Radialis, the forearm muscle. Is this typical of PD tremor and muscle pain?

What is a DVT? My fore arms experience quite a bit of pain. I think it’s from muscle tension. I lie on them quite a bit to ease the pressure. I find Sinemet helps.

Deep Vein Thrombosis. Medical jargon for a big blood clot. I first thought it was a sore muscle from lifting weights. When it got worse ultrasound found the clot.
