Have you have sorted your chemistry problems and are on a healthy diet, medications and supplements that are right for you and your symptoms are still not improving? Maybe your circulation isn’t working well. This post has ideas to help circulation, and the list of symptoms they report that are associated with poor circulation are the same as some of the PD symptoms, as are the remedies. Give it a go!

Good info. Thanks
Really useful reminder that I need to keep doing my deep breathing, stretching, dry brushing etc, thank you. No room for a rebounder but hadn't thought of using a gym ball....Best wishes
LD is a critical issue for women who have PD and have had nodes removed in breast cancer surgery. My cancer trials were riddled with women with both issues most of whom were "excluded".
My guess is about 50% off all BC patients particularly with extreme node removal.

Interesting. I do think it is an issue for PD too, at least for my husband as being so stiff and inclined to want to sit around a lot I feel some of his problems are due to poor circulation and sitting stiffly in one position for long periods. Probably one of the reasons why walking, yoga qigong etc help people feel better.
I also wonder if the rigid facial expressions, in a bit of a frown, also stop the sinuses and glymphatic system working as well. I found my clogged ear feeling has got a lot better doing face muscle stretches, extreme grimaces, extreme grins, and the neck and jaw trigger point exercises. I think worrying was making me frown and also I sleep always on one side and I think that has set my face in a stiff position on that side (the side with the problem) and made my neck tight on that side so I am trying to sleep the other way and to loosen up my neck and throat and my inner ear has unblocked.
