Health means is running a course on the lymphatic system and this is one of their “free gifts” as a precursor to their course.

I am pretty convinced of the importance of caring for the the lymph system and glymphatic system which drains the brain of waste. I haven’t read this properly yet but it might be of interest.

Ok, flicked through it now. Pretty basic but might be useful for anyone who has not considered their lymph system before. It’s basically a precursor to their paid course.

It's a vibrating machine. You stand on it for 10 minutes it's supposed to be good for the lymphatic system. My husband bought it from a TV commercial.

I’ve used one at a gym, I love it. I like the way it vibrates my head if I’m standing straight up
