For those who are interested, Parkinson’s Care and Support UK have free specialist Exercise classes across the UK for people with Parkinson’s. The classes vary from Tai Chi and Yoga to Multimodal and Move and Shout and are a great way to adopt a regular exercise routine and meet like-minded people.
