Hello, ion_ion, I have been looking into HDT as an additional therapy since I have already had the DBS and besides, I am on tbl. (Mpx and L-dopa) treatment. I am also finding mucuna pruriens very helpful. I have been considering dr. Costatini's therapy (if I understood correctly): when the therapy seems not to work, it means that you are probably overmedicated. You reduce the therapy. However, I have nothing to begin with. What would be the initial dosage for someone whose weight is 200 lbs ? The highest dosage I remember having read about was 4g, and if it is split in two, that gives you 2. Also, do you have any idea about the purity of the products, i. e. where do you purchase your thiamin?

N. B. I have no tremor, a little dyskinesias which are no bother, I sleep well but I do have balance problems...
