We take it as b1 Thiamine hcl. It has to be Thiamine hcl to work for parkies. No other b1 works. It reduces and sometimes eliminates most Parkinson’s symptoms. It doesn’t always help tremors. I started taking it 11-2018 and I haven’t fallen since. My sense of smell has improved, no more constipation or incontinence, much less brain fog. I can almost rollover in bed. Still a struggle but can sometimes do it. I have parkinsonism as opposed to PD. I still have or had all the same symptoms except tremors. Instead I have Chorea movements which are controlled by Ingrezza. Please research b1 Thiamine hcl. I purchase it from Vitacost.com. A Facebook group called Parkinson’s Thiamine Hcl is very helpful also. It is dedicated to HDT.
