Safe and Sound Protocol?

I have previously read a post regarding Carol Garner-Houston. Does anyone have knowledge of her work and usefulness in treating Parkinson's? She also uses the Safe and Sound Protocol, which is based on polyvagal theory, and I was wondering if anyone had experience or knowledge regarding this. Thanks.

I know a bit about polyvagal theory, but I haven't heard of this protocol. I'm interested, though. Trying to come out of shutdown, y'know?

How does polyvagal theory tie into Parkinson's?

"Safe" is from Old French 1300

"Sound" is from Old English 1200

"Safe and sound" was a combined expression of post-Norman invasion of Britain that covered both "dialects" in the evolution of the English.
