There’s a new app called StrivePD. Check it out at strivepd.com. You can log and track your meds and supplements, symptoms and side effects, and other influences. You can get weekly reports. It’s free.

Unfortunately looks like strivepd is only for iphones at the moment and not android devices. Looks good though.
