Trudy is amazing, always looking for answers and finding new info about Amino Acids. Can't wait to get a chance to read this, I need help with sleep, this is a lot of info in one file. Her Anxiety Summit starts Nov 11, info on the Gut/Brain Axis, very important to PD. Dr Kharrazian will be interviewed as well.

Try p5p (b6) and magnesium supplement to help with sleep.

I recommend CBD oil to help with sleep! My husband has PD and he takes half a dropped of CBD oil before going to bed. He is sleeping so much better now since he started taking it!

You might also be interested in what Julia Ross has been doing over the past 30+ years. Her books The Diet Cure , The Mood Cure, and most recently The Craving Cure all discuss, in detail, how to use amino acids to overcome physical and emotional health situations. I went thru her program in the mid 2000s. It saved my life, not to be overly dramatic. I highly recommend her and her team, who now do online consults. Her books are a wealth of info that are detailed enough for someone to do on their own.
