Kinson and thirst

I was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2017, I am taking Kinson (due to non-availability of Sinimet) and Sifrol. I take 2 tablets at 5am and by 6am I have a thirst to die for, my teeth stick to my lips and I have no saliva. Anyone else like this? I must add I also take Lithium and Thyroxine. I take my next dose at 8am and by 9am I am yawning, so tired I fall asleep if I sit down. Anyone else like this?

Most people don’t know what different generic names are available for Sinemet variations around the world. Kinson is a generic in Australia. Here is a link:

The side effects you have described is common. Please stay hydrated and alert. Don’t operate any machines on the medicine.

I have low saliva due to Parkinson's. It is essential to take active measures to keep your mouth moisturized. I take the prescription drug Cevimeline which helps for this purpose. I use sugar-free lozenges many times daily. I also use my own custom-designed toothpaste which breaks up bacterial biofilms in order to prevent tooth decay.
