I did the first 100mg. injection of B1 on the 16th, I should repeat the second on the 26th and so on every ten days. However, it seems that the motor symptoms have worsened and this morning I got up with a strong lack of balance. In some posts I have read that the incorrect dose can cause these effects. Any advice is appreciated.

Another forum member is taking 50 mg doses twice per week to good effect. Perhaps your dose is too high.

Thank you, yes I planned to reduce to 50mg, my doubt remains whether if to do the injection the next 26 the or later.
