Aerobic exercise can be done at home by patients with Parkinson's disease with mild disease severity and it attenuates off-state motor signs. Future studies should establish long-term effectiveness and possible disease-modifying effects.

I’m a Personal Trainer specialized in Parkinson’s Disease. I’ve been working with PD clients for over 6 years and can personally attest to the fact that working hard & in the right way in the gym DOES slow the progression of the disease.

It does take time and commitment, but I’ve seen my clients Delay or even reverse their symptoms.
