Be nice if they would've identified the studies.

Personally, I don't believe, "...Dopa-Mind™ produced a 74% improvement on a standard test of mental acuity." 74% improvement is a lot of improvement (from a barely-known herb.) If this were true, the stuff would be in the water fountains on college campuses.

Current therapies for patients with Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s are focused on improving symptoms, such as increased acetylcholine in AD, with benefits in memory and cognition, and those reducing Parkinson’s dopamine degradation without delaying its progression [50]. These therapies are palliative and do not operate in the pathological genesis of neurodegeneration, such as the reduction of OS and neuroinflammation, as well as the modulation of signaling pathways for death and survival of cells. Vitexin has been shown to act in these pathways in preclinical experiments with results that qualify it as a promising molecule for further investigations and development of an adjuvant drug for the treatment of those diseases.

Laj,

Thank you. Interesting study and quotation. The entire point "3.2. Parkinson" of your link is quite impressive.

Your link is about Vitexin, versus Isovitexin for TL500's product link.

Vitexin seems to be sold for research only versus Isovitexin that is available from TL500's link...

So, I am wondering about the difference between the two. I found this link but only the abstract is free.

"A review on the pharmacological effects of vitexin and isovitexin"

sciencedirect.com/science/a...

Seems encouraging:

"Vitexin (apigenin-8-C-glucoside) has recently received increased attention due to its wide range of pharmacological effects, including but not limited to anti-oxidant, anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, anti-hyperalgesic, and neuroprotective effects. Isovitexin (apigenin-6-C-glucoside), an isomer of vitexin, generally purified together with vitexin, also exhibits diverse biological activities.

Latest research has suggested that vitexin and isovitexin could be potential substitute medicines for diversity diseases, and may be adjuvants for stubborn diseases or health products."

I think they are isomers, having said that isomers don’t necessarily work the same way, it’s true.

You mean it may not be as effective for PD as Vitexin?

I’m not sure.
