Has anyone tried an adjustable bed frame or foam bed wedge to help with PD insomnia?

Adjustable beds or bed wedges
Yes I was told to raise the head of the bed up and take magnesium.mainly because i was having poor sleeps due to getting up frequently to go to the bathroom. It made a huge differences. I bought magnesium zinc and b6 combined .low amount of b6 in it.
Thought it would help me get out of bed. My short PD holiday seems that Constipation, Rigidity and freezing episodes that put too much stress on joints especially knees and now a return to how to get out of bed w/o back pain. Yes a wedge should help. The 5 inch rider that allows me to sit higher also conforms to a perfect fit inside a plastic garbage container from Lowe's and I put the walker around the front to ensure stability. Freezing doesn't allow me to run to the restroom even with a wheelchair. Keep us informed. Thanks
