Hi All,
What do you think of this please? Thanks.
Gundry has been thoroughly debunked.
I suspect his book started as a joke, or bet, that he could make up a diet theory that refined grains are good and whole grains are bad, and actually be believed. The joke got out of hand when he discovered he could actually make money from it.
What do you think about all those interviews on Youtube?
When it comes to medical research I usually stick to the written word.
I think it's safer way.
TL, I deleted my post because park bear covered it. I said only that I bought and read the Plant Paradox before researching Grundy. It is true that a lot of lectins are bad, but not all are and Grundy uses this to justify selling "Lectin Shield" for $480/year and otherwise being a grossly overpriced supplement marketer.
I consider Grundy just another superficial health guru in the business to make money -- nothing more. I ignore him.
Thanks Marc for your reply. I bought quite a few from him incl Lectin shield & his two books.
Could you share which Lectins that you know/heard of are not bad please?
He said tomato is very bad. And things with seeds like cucumber, zuchini..
Have noticed an increased energy level and don't have chest pain anymore (odd). Taste good too. Make sure you mix it well. If not you occasionally get a puff of powder that will make you cough.
