Need help sleeping!

Sometimes I sleep ok then I hit a week or two or more of restless, hard to go to sleep and wide awake too early.

Melatonin does not seen to help.

I started sleeping better after both. I don't know why but it happened. Sorry to hear that you're having problems.

Maybe the thiamine HCL is keeping you awake, that is possibility. Go off it for a few days and see if it makes a difference. I don't take thiamine HCL all the time.

I take natural calm magnesium and it works great! I take it every night and I go every day!
