Exercise, fasting, and sleep = autophagy (we are in control of 2 of the 3)

Intermittent fasting -- 16 hours is the sweet spot.

Two of the better videos I've seen.

6 min video; informative graph.

No proofs, just concerns…, and another question, in case you apply intermittent fasting together with keto diet, you actually kill your autophagy due to the meat you intake .. but at the same time many PD sufferers feel better from this combo.. Just smth to think about..??

I think they feel better as they don’t have so much glucose in their system to begin with ie they don’t take the full 12 hours to get to the fat burning part of his graph. But this is effect of low carbs and higher fat, but doesn’t necessarily mean the protein is doing any good.

Yes may be this is the case and also too much animal protein is hardly doing any good.. But in a long term prospective, if this theory is right, without autophagy many deposited intoxicating products would remain in your system … and where are we going than

My guess is that it is, because I think otherwise he would've just said 'protein.'
