What is happening with this research does anyone follow this?

The research on MCC950 at UoQ is probably still going according to plan (i.e. Phase 1 trial this year, maybe Phase 2 trial next year).

I'm sure they will tell the world (yet again) if they make a breakthrough.

I do. There was one article on MCC950 and inflammasomes in 2016, three in 2017, 10 in 2018 and 3 so far in 2019. I have a copy of them all in my Parkinson's Online database. A bunch of stuff has been in the Science of Parkinsons blog, Scientific Reports and Parkinson's News Today. If you want I'll email them to you.

I don't get my dander up on mouse stuff. I'm big on people testing. But for those excited about the inflamatory side of "PD explanations" . . . this is important material. Having spent a year "down under" I tend to be somewhat cautious about Aussie's boundless and unbridled enthusiasm...
