Right Dosage of B1

My husband started with three 3000mg and after several months changed it to 1500. This was in August after doing the pull test. Since then he is again slow. I wonder if he should reduce his dosage further?

Is Dr C back in operation or can anyone advise? What is called the right dosage? How do you know you are at a right dosage?
