Anyone using cbt oil, seems to work for some poeple?

Cbd? I use it mixed with thc. Cbd by itself did nothing for me

What mixture did you use. Cbd does nothing for me by its self.

I’ve used a couple. Usually around 75/25 CBD/THC

I use broad spectrum cbd oil in the evening and it relaxes me and helps me sleep better. Regular cbd oil doesn’t seem to help.

The more THC the better results.

My wife got medical marijuana card and doc told her that she should start with four to one CBD to THC and increase THC if necessary. Four to one has worked week for muscle pain as salve.
