Constipation and B1

Is no constipation (daily) an indicator of correct B1 dosage?

No, only that B1 is working at that level.

Well at 3000 daily (1500 x2) it does not fix the problem. Should I increase? I do CrossFit for intense exercise, eat well and drink water and take magnesium citrate. Every 3rd day is the average, sometimes 2nd day. No discomfort.
