my husband would practice his signature. I would come home and he would have pages of paper that he kept writing his name on. After many tries, his name would become readable. I don't know if this will help you but it is worth a try. I hope you have a bulky pen with a cushioned grip. That seemed to help
Hi Jughead , I recently took Big Therapy and we did flicking exercises, and it helped me with my writing . Basically you open and close your hands and flick your fingers like your flicking water off them . It works . I do it a couple times a day every day and while I’m writing .Hope this helps you ..
I agree with Annie that the Big program really helps.
I've also been taught by the OT to print each letter. My usual writing wasn't tiny, just an illegible scribble. Also, always sit down to write. Standing makes it worse. It takes patience and I hate not being able to write longhand fast. But at least I can write notes and lists that I (and others) can read
My handwriting improved after I started doing these exercises twice a day. They include the flicking exercise. m.youtube.com/watch?v=Ez2Ge...
Some forum members have mentioned improved handwriting ability after the addition of HDT / Vitamin B-1 to their PD regimen. Please see item number 9 at the following link :
