Liposomal glutathione?

I have relaxed taking many of my supplements, re-evaluating. Any opinions out there on liposomal glutathione by tri-fortify orange..it’s pretty pricey.

Why do you prefer this over NAC which is pretty cheap?

It's a glutathione precursor. Being glutathione deficient comes with the territory and is important. It's inexpensive and I believe on most people's top 5 list.
