Is anyone using this? I watched a video by Dr. Mark Hyman and am thinking of trying this....I am not sure how to administer this...I was trying to purchase patches but I am unsure of the safety of them. I would appreciate any input.

Glutathione
Here is another popular glutathione video. The problem is that glutathione is poorly absorbed if at all when taken orally. Dr. Perlmutter has to use intravenous glutathione and the effects, while quite impressive from this video, are short lived.

Thank you, I did see this video...It's amazing. Thanks for your reply.
You need Maximised L-Glutathionone Reduced 250mg 60 caps by Solgar. (Avail in your local Health Shop). Excellent product. Everybody could do with taking this, as it is the major antioxidant your & everyone's body uses. (Reduces oxidation). Take on an empty stomach.
Glutathione is often difficult to absorb intact as enzymes (peptidases) can break it down. Orally acetylglutathione is a better choice than glutathione. It is available online. Probably the best is one that is microencapsulated by a patented process using cyclodextrins by a company Tessmed.com. Or a liquid by Quicksilver.
I used it for several months with no benefit. I had purchased it in bulk so the rest will go to waste
Lypo-spheric Glutathione by LivOn Labs is supposed to be a good product, as is the glutathione product by a new company called Tessseract. Tesseract was formed by a founder and CEO of Thorne Research, a high quality supplement company. Both are expensive. Probably good to include in a supplement program if you can afford it.
Have you had PD very long? Seems to be a lot of PwP taking quite a lot of supplements - would be rather expensive and don't always work. Suffering Socks
I was researching glutathione on the site for alzheimer's and vitiligo and your post came up. In our family we have been using all natural means so our bodies increase production of it's own glutathione. It's made an enormous difference for us.
What kind of difference?? Does someone have pd
This is very interesting on exercise and the role of glutathione. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl...
