In a rat study on neuropathy, low level laser therapy (LLLT) therapy was found to be more effective when combined with CoQ10:

CoQ10 hasn't been found to be very useful for PD, though in theory it ought to be at least somewhat useful. I have wondered if the problem is regeneration of CoQ10 and if LLLT helps with this process.
