Spontaneous talking

I've had instances where I spontaneously started talking when I started to doze off while reading or watching TV. It was like I was responding to someone in a conversation. It was only a short sentence of a few words. i could hear myself talk and was trying to speak louder so I could understand what I was saying. Very weird. It has happened to me about three times. Is this PD related? I've never had this happen before and only after I was diagnosed with PD.

That’s how I recognize my husband is dozing! Although he says he doesn’t realize it. It is almost instantaneous as he begins to nod off.

My husband (diagnosed 8 years ago) also has instances where he spontaneously speaks out whist dozing in the chair. Similarly, just a few words, as though responding to someone in conversation. He looks around expectantly & finds it strange, that there's just me with him in the room! And when asked, he can't recall a 'face', nor what was said, but un-phased, he simply accepts this as a PD 'phenomenon' - probably drug induced.
