Yes Kokolu:

Parkinsons is an On/Off disease

Sometimes I feel AS IF I do not have any Symptoms

Sometimes I can't feel anything

I waited as long as possible before going on meds to mitigate the fluctuations, They helped a little.

I've felt that way in the beginning but it seems now as if my neck is fine than I might have pain somewhere else or some other symptoms. In the beginning for the first few years I felt good most of the time.. Yup Koko, that is frequently encountered in PD. If you're a devout exerciser you might find yourself able to put off meds a while yet. Just be honest with yourself and those whom you love, and start the meds when you and your doc feel it is appropriate and beneficial to do so.

Best wishes,
