Sore muscles

Does anyone suffer from very, very sore muscles? I dislike moving around as that really hurts, it is as if someone is inside my muscles squeezing them very hard. It especially goes after my biceps. Thanks all.

It's amazing how much this goes to the biceps. Do not know why.

In my case gym (weight lifting) and Amitriptyline took care of that.

Hope this helps.

For what it is worth. I had bad pain inside of my thigh muscles. It was bad walking and going up the stairs. I tried a low dose of manganese and it seemed like it's really helped. If you are scared of taking manganese you can try eating Brazil nuts that have manganese in them. The first time for a few days I took 50mg of Manganese and then went down to 5 mg. I did not take it for a long time. Haven't had the pain since however I do eat Brazil nuts once in awhile.

I have sore neck and shoulder muscles. Please refer to my posting on "muscoluskeletal pain". Also,my thigh muscles are very sore and that makes rising from a chair very hurting.

Raising my arms to take off a shirt hurts. Brushing my hair is a project .it is mostly upper body,. I want to cry some days.

I am going through that too, (tendenopathy, lower arm). For a few weeks I had to lift a futon to open and close it and those muscles didn't stop hurting for almost a year afterwards. I shouldn't lift heavy grocery bags as it aggravates and did some snow shoveling that really worsened the other arm. Biceps on both arms are subject so I rub Devil's Claw cream on them which seems to help the hurt. I used to be so strong in my arms and now a weakling who's afraid to lift weights.

Kratom really helps relax my muscles. There is a Netflix documentary called “a leaf of faith”. Outlines the history of this planet and its use. Constance

How do you obtain and take Kratom - capsules, tea, powder? I hadn't heard of this plant before.

Glen, I purchase capsules locally at a nearby by variety smoke shop but understand they can be brought on line too.

in reply to glenandgerry

The local smoke shop by me offers it in a day time version and a night time version. The day time version is supposed to be a pick me up and the night time version is a sleep aid. They also offer it in powder or capsules.

Kratom is also often used by people to help get over opioid addiction, but for some people Kratom itself can be addictive.

Yes, neck and shoulders (deltoid muscles) especially at the end of the day. But some mornings I wake up and everything hurts. I have been using magnesium cream with good results. Experimenting with various ones to find one I like. I also take magnesium supplements.

Before bed I rub magnesium oil into hubby's biceps and backs of thighs and this seems to really help. It's become our little ritual!

Thank you all very much. I am thinking that I have a type of dystonia, because the pain is quite bad and lingering. It is not just a soreness. I feel a twitching inside the muscles.

Look up Keelford organic essentials on Facebook, I've used their pain cream and it's been one of the best relaxants for my body's aches and pains. All natural ingredients even smells nice.
