To fight this thing that labels me as a person with Parkinson's or just give in, up, and out is my dilemma now. I'm oldish and had a blessed life, better than I deserved. That's who and where I am now.

I see you are new here. Well fortunately you have come to the best forum on Parkinson's probably in the world, quite possibly in this Galaxy. Take your time to read the posts. There are a lot of supplements that are beneficial and excercise is always key.

For a starter I would read MbAnderson's profile:

If you do half of what he does I would imagine you would feel much better.
