Anyone experience itchy skin? I woke up last night itching.

Its winter so skin gets itchy! I take a hot bath each night and add 1/3 of a capful of Oilatum. That works for me. I can't find the exact equivalent on amazon.com so you may need to ask a pharmacist.

Yes! In my first book, written in 2003, I said that I suffer from an itch head and torso but did not know if it is a Pd symptom or not. I have met many Pd patients with the same problem. It may be in other places, but only talking about it will establish what parts it affects.

I do believe it’s a Parkinson’s thing. My head itches a lot! I’ve just noticed it the past couple of years and nothing has changed in my life other than the PD and PD meds. I use the same shampoo I’ve always used. Not allergic to it. Personally, I think it’s the PD or the PD meds (Carbidopa-Levodopa).

I agree. Mine started when I was diagnosed. Underneath the scalp are many nerves .I think that is what is causing the scalp itch. The activety of the nerves..

Yes I have noticed i have been getting extremely itchy at times, mainly scrotum and back just assuming pd.
