I’m on other forums. New here but like this one a lot. I’m a waiter in NYC. Long commute then walk for miles, step and fetch it. I like alternative ( herbal, vitamin ) therapy.

You like alternatives then you'll appreciate high dose thiamine hcl therapy.

Ty Roy. One more question if you don’t mind. Is liquid a preferred option?

in reply toDehlia

Not that I am aware. Unless your referring to injection.

In addition to "herbal, vitamin" therapy, please consider using food as medicine. Very often I find that getting nutrients from whole, natural foods (not processed) is the best way. For example, you could take folate (works with B12 to reduce inflammation from homocysteine) as pills, or you could eat green, leafy veggies like kale to get folate, as well as fiber and a huge array of phytonutrients. Plus, it's one less pill to take.

I agree and will work on more folate edibles.
