Chilled to the bone!

Both my sister and my husband (both PWPs) suffer terribly from the cold. My sister is huddled in an electric blanket bht is miserable al day. My husbands` hand and feet are like ice all the time. Is this normal with PD? Any recommendations other than moving to Florida or Arizona?

I am the same way with the cold! I actually carry a throw with me when going out, I refuse to let PD take away the pleasurable things I enjoy, or I should say I'm trying to not let it. 🙄

I found that a significant benefit of going on a LCHF Keto Diet 6 months ago was the total transformation in my sensitivity to cold such that I no longer suffer after over 3 decades of white fingers and shivering.
