When I saw the unread email from doctor constantini it was as if I received a belated Christmas gift! He responded to my email in one day quicker then I'm able to get my hands on 500mg of HCL.

The initial dose he's recommending is 1gram every morning or 50mg shot once a week.
I hope the dark and sad days of the PD are over for you as they are finished for me.
Keep in touch with dr C. until you have learned to use b1 in your case.
A little study and knowledge as the initial supervision of dr C. are important.
For what I know, Dr. C. loves taking care of the sick and answering them about Thiamine makes him happy.
