Dr C response time

How long does it take Dr C to respond to your query? I translated my email to Italian, and sent it four days ago. My husband is eager to begin the protocol and I"d like to order the thiamin.

I heard from him in a matter of hours--on a Saturday--and a second response a few hours after I'd asked a few questions about his first email. I wrote to him in English and he responded in kind. I am guessing he has someone translate for him.

He usually responds immediately (within a day). Check the email address to make sure it's right and resend anyway. Send a two minute video walking back and forth and a pull test if possible, and height, weight, age, and how long with disease and medications used. The more info the better.

Buy thiamine hcl from vitacost.com. 300 500mg easy swallow capsules, 30$

I emailed Dr. C about my husband and received a reply within hours. He wanted me to send 3 videos. I sent the videos and he replied he had gotten them and would review them. I heard nothing back. After a month, I emailed again and received an immediate reply indicating it must have escaped him and to resend. I resent the first email a month ago and I have heard nothing. Besides Parkinson's my husband has prostate cancer and heart issues, I am thinking his case may be too complicated and Dr.C just doesn't want to handle it. I can understand that, but I would have appreciated a response.

This is not from him, I would insist on getting an answer as you say; in your shoes ,without making me problems I would rewrite dr C to get the answer right now. I Am sure it is only communication problem Gio

He does receive a lot of email inquiries and he has missed one every now and again, but I have never seen him shy away from a case. Writing him again seems like the best idea.

It took some time more than 2 weeks before he first replied to me as I was writing to his secretary.Subsequently I wrote another email to ask if he received it, he replied immediately.
