Has anyone discovered any supplements that have helped what with freezing? I currently just do the Hinz protocol for my symptoms Relief and the past 3 yrs it has worked quite well but over the past 6 months my freezing has gradually become so bad that I’m considering going back on medication which previously the side effects were absolutely awful. Please any suggestions would be appreciated!!

Are you back on meds ? Sometimes my B1 helps reduce my freezing which isn't awful yet.
hi! are you freezing when the meds are on or when they are off? what is the freezing like? its been a year so perhaps you have rectified this already...
