Less thiamine hcl, B1, more hours with tremor

Normal nite, 4 hours no tremor. Forgot second dose, tremor all night

I thought once you were at your maintenance dose you could go for a long period of time without taking the B1 before symptoms would begin again.

That's right! Maybe it was my C/L 50/200 er that also was missed.

I’ve done the same and suffered for it later, no fun!

Good learning experience.....uncomfortable, but perhaps worth it.

This day I skipped thiamine hcl. I took my dose C/L. No tremors this night.
