Another update

I hurt my hand and had to stop doing the tile. Hired a local guy to finish. My thumb and two fingers are numb on my right hand. We will trim and paint and should move in this Saturday. See picture of our shower below. It is 5 ft by 5 ft.

Hi, Bailey, I hope you will keep us up-to-date on your hand. Sounds like repetitive motion injury. I have the same thing caused by playing too many video games with my daughter when I visited her in the fall. Exacerbated by using the right thumb on my iPad and phone. It is similar to carpal tunnel syndrome which I had years ago. I am finding it very irritating but it is just one of many things that are irritating me with this old body. I am learning that doing too much of anything causes it to have problems. So now I live by, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. It’s a whole New World.

Bailey you must have a different kind of building department in Texas. This speed of construction would never happen in California.

In the county not in city limits. I can do anything i like no inspections. We shoot guns have bonfires when ever we like.

Nice! I miss those days in California, here you get fined and arrested for that behavior.

Wow! Looks great! Sorry you got hurt. You are amazing, in that you have accomplished so.much, and have a lot to show for your effort! Congratulations, and take care! Hopefully, you won't have any more injuries while you are finishing this entire project.
