Do any neurologist provide swallowing exercises before it is an issues?

I found a site on the Internet that listed an exercise recommended by a speech therapist. It is to say "mae-me-my-moe-moo" for 15 minutes each day. I have tried doing them, but have not been faithful to the regimen lately. I am interested to know if anyone else has read or heard about these voice exercises.

I see my Neorologist for 5 min on a yearly basis.No I do not take any Parkinsons drugs,as I medicate myself!!
