Which "SAT" therapy are you referring to? A single google search immediately turned up at least these three possibilities--Subcutaneous Adipose Tissue therapy, Self-Administered Therapy, School-Age Therapy--and there are probably many more lurking in the bowels of cyber space. I did find this site linked to serolab--in Italian:
It seems to refer to homeopathy, which, scientifically-speaking, is somewhere on the scale between a complete delusion/scam and a placebo.
