I have started taking a Super B Complex vitamin. It has high B1 in it. Does anyone know if that will suffice as far as the thiamine regimen prescribed by Dr C?

The doses people are taking are huge - 1000 mg and more. I’m trying 300 mg as it makes me anxious. Have no idea if it’s helping!

While high dose b1 is considered to be safe for most this is not the case for other b vitamins. B6 can also interfere with ldopa absorption.
The 100 mg amount in your multi is very unlikely to achieve the benefits implied by HDT. The absolute lowest dose I have seen mentioned is 400 mg, but some members are using 4,000 mg / day. If you are considering HDT, here is a post that will answer all of your questions related to HDT, Dr. Costantini, dosing, forum member results from using HDT, a complete list of benefits memebrs attribute to the addition of HDT to their standard PD meds and much more!
