Yes, the "industry" pocketed 17 billion dollars in tax relief and passed little (if any) of it back to consumers or employees. Part of the blame lies with the current Administration that seems to have botched up everything they have touched so far - foreign relations, immigration, tax relief - you name it. Sheer incompetence. Another major part of the problem is the fact that Big Pharma has invested heavily in lobbying congress. Thats why we pay the highest prices for drugs in the world.
