How To Get Into Ketosis Fast

“The biggest question I get is how to get into ketosis fast? When I first started my ketogenic lifestyle two years ago, I was just trying to lose weight “period”. I didn’t understand being in a state of nutritional ketosis let alone being fat adapted. For those reasons, I failed miserably trying different types of the ketogenic diet like CKD (Cyclic Keto Diet).”

I have been in Ketosis for 10 months now and I've achieved my weight loss goal, and I'm trying NOT to lose too much! (I never thought I'd EVER say that!) The expert (IMHO) is Dr. Eric Berg (drberg.com/) whose clinic is in Washington, DC, USA. His patients are high-end people--senators, congressmen, workers in government here in the US. He KNOWS ketosis and that's his main emphasis. Go to his website and educate yourself on the benefits of ketosis. It will revolutionize your health if you do it correctly. He has a TON of videos (short and to the point) about the health benefits and how your body prefers to burn fuel when you are in ketosis. I will NEVER go back to the old ways of eating. God bless.

Kia, if you are not losing, and your carbs are as low as you can get them, then decrease the fat you are eating so your body will begin burning your own fat. It can be a balancing act. It was for me, but I've lost 25 pounds gradually--all while in keto. Now I don't want to go below 120 pounds (I'm 5' 7" tall woman). I like myself, for once in a long time. Dieting is out the window for me; keto is the way I now live! And I've never felt better!

I love keto and will try the Keto Ester once commercially manufactured or sold in the UK market.I amnot doing the Keto for weight loss but I can tell that is the best diet for people who wants to lose weight quickly ,efficiently and correctly.

BTW, I HATE HATE HATE salads! Simply because dressings are loaded with oils that I am allergic to. So I blend all kinds of lettuces and kale with cream, almond milk, and stevia to sweeten, and BINGO! I stuff my blender full, and blend enough for two meals. I have a shake that rivals an ice cream shake! Just my thoughts.
