does anyone know something about ultrasound for parkinsons tremors -benefits-side effects-cost and does it really cure tremors forever ?

If you're in the US it is not available commercially for PD yet, they're still in trials. It is available for essential tremor but despite FDA approval, insurance companies are not covering it yet. At least that is what I was told by the study coordinator at University of Maryland-Baltimore which is the main research center for the study. The out of pocket cost is estimated to be upwards of $30,000. If you're interested in participating the link with information is in the post below.

I heard it’s a risky procedure and I was advised that it is not something worth doing Unless Your symptoms are severe.
