Is this the weight of standard thiamine powder and if so how do you manage such small quantities?

There are 500 mg pills or capsules of thiamine hcl available without prescription.

I have bought some Salter micro scales and Thiamine powder , I put black currant squash in a small glass , put the glass on the scales and dissolve the powder in it, the scales are very accurate 😀
